I spent nearly 20 years in technology and business operations, working across multiple roles and eventually leading business operations for almost a decade. I understood how to solve complex problems, lead through change, and build systems that helped people do their work well.
My relationship with work has also taught me how personal a professional transition can be. After returning to the workforce following a career break and later experiencing a layoff, I found plenty of guidance on résumés, applications, and interviews. Those tools mattered. But they were not the first things I needed.
I needed self-compassion, financial grounding, honest conversations with the people closest to me, routines that protected my wellbeing, and a way to remember that a job ending did not erase my value.
Those were the parts of a layoff that felt hardest to find support for, yet they shaped my ability to make clear decisions about what came next. That gap became Rebuild, an eight-week career-transition program that helps people restore the stability and structure disrupted by job loss before turning their attention to the résumé.
Outside my full-time professional responsibilities, I also explored the field of coaching and completed my professional coach training. I wanted to better understand how people reconnect with their strengths, purpose, and ability to choose a direction through uncertainty. The human experience and professional transition became the foundation for WINZPIRE.
It also inspired Unearth, a one-to-one coaching experience for professionals exploring how the skills, experience, and strengths they already have could become a new or additional source of income.
Navigate grew alongside it as focused, one-to-one support for meaningful career decisions—helping people evaluate their options, understand the real trade-offs, and choose a next step they can stand behind.
Together, these paths hold the same belief: You are not starting over. You are starting from experience.
