Group program
Rebuild
Your job may have ended. Your story hasn't.
Your next chapter starts with you.
Rebuild is an eight-week, whole-person group programme for professionals navigating a layoff. It begins with you, not your résumé, so you can regain stability, clarity, and confidence before deciding what comes next.
A layoff reaches beyond work. Through guided support, practical tools, and a small cohort, Rebuild helps you address the emotional, financial, personal, and professional realities of job loss and move forward with direction.
Each week, you will leave with practical tools and a focused next step, so the insight from the session becomes progress in your life and career.
8 weeks · 90-minute live sessions on Zoom · small cohort

What to do when you get laid off
The days right after a layoff feel chaotic because everything arrives at once: money, identity, logistics, and the pressure to "start applying." The most useful order is the opposite — stabilize first, then search. Here is where to begin:
Give yourself a beat.
A layoff is a loss, not just a logistics problem. Naming what you're feeling is not a detour — it is what keeps panic from driving your decisions.
Map your runway.
Understand your severance, benefits, savings, and monthly essentials so you know how much breathing room you actually have. Clarity about money lowers the temperature on everything else.
Put structure around your days.
A simple routine — mornings with a plan, real breaks, an end to the day — carries you when motivation does not.
Tell your story before you tell the internet.
Decide how you'll talk about what happened, to family, to your network, and eventually to employers. Practiced once, it stops being the question you dread.
Get support before you job search.
Whether that's a cohort like Rebuild, a coach, or a trusted guide, the professionals who land well are the ones who didn't process the rupture alone.

REBUILD Is For You If…
- You have recently been laid off and are unsure where to begin.

- You want a steady, supportive path forward.
You do not have to rebuild everything at once.
Rebuild gives you a steady path, one step at a time.
Recover. Stabilise. Rediscover. Reconnect. Reimagine. Relaunch.
