These Terms govern your use of winzpire.com and your purchase or participation in Winzpire digital resources, coaching programmes, and cohort experiences.

Digital guides, programme enrolment, and payment processing are provided through Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms. By making a purchase or enrolling in a Winzpire programme, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Deferral Policy, and any applicable programme or cohort agreement.

Winzpire materials (including guides, workbooks, session materials, and website content) are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

Rebuild participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, confidential cohort environment. Winzpire may remove a participant whose behaviour seriously or repeatedly compromises the safety, dignity, or confidentiality of the group.

Winzpire provides career-transition coaching and educational resources. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, income, business results, or any other specific outcome. Our services are not therapy, legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or employment-placement advice.
